A few openings in national NOAA UCAR Climate Workshop June 25-27
NOAA and UCAR are hosting a national climate workshop from June 25-27 that will include professional development at NCAR, NOAA, NREL, the USGS Ice Core Lab, and the NCAR Wyoming Supercomputing Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Registration was closed in April but we have 4 openings due to some international visitors not being able to attend. Please email eastburn@ucar.edu if you are interested in attending and for more information. There is no cost for the workshop. Over half of the attendees are from locations beyond Colorado. Formal and informal educators are welcome who are interested in learning more about climate change, especially the wealth of research that goes on in the Denver Metro area. All grade levels, including post secondary, are welcome. Spots will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
